Rogue One: A Star Wars Story- The Rebel Alliance makes a risky move to steal the plans for the Death Star, setting up the epic saga to follow. Budgeted at $200 Million
On its opening weekend Rogue One pulled in just over $155mil in domestic ticket sales. Rogue One is currently sitting at $388 Million in worldwide ticket sales. Not bad for a film that one Hollywood insider stated that “Gareth’s work on the first ‘Godzilla’ [which came out in 2014] shows he can handle a big studio blockbuster. But ‘Rogue One’ has fallen short of what J.J. Abrams did with ‘Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens.’ So Disney has ordered reshoots.”

Looking to 1977’s “A New Hope” there is an empty chair next to Grand Moff Tarkin at the infamous Imperial Meeting aboard the Death Star belonging to Director Krennic!. Empty since Krennic was recently killed!
In Saw Gerrera’s Mountain hideout you can see small paintings on the wall of Godzilla and other Monsters from his past films.
In Jyn’s childhood room we see all kinds of toys. The toys include a stormtrooper doll she called “Stormie”, a stuffed Loth Cat named “Koodie the Tooka”, a wampa doll, an IG-88 looking figure she calls “Mr. Iggy,” and a bunch of homemade toys including an R2 series Astromech, an Alderaan cruiser, a TIE Fighter, a Jedi cruiser, Imperial star destroyer and Jedi Fighter with hyperspace ring.
Did anyone else see the Director in the final scenes of the movie? Gareth Edwards was in the movie!
“I Have A Bad Feeling About This!” – A line spoken in EVERY Star Wars films so far and spoken by K-2SO this time. It’s only been said by One Character more than once! Anyone guess who?

Anyone else catch that Warwick Davis (Wicket and Willow) returned to the Star Wars universe? He played Weeteef Cyu-Bee, one of Saw’s militia.
On Scarif, two troopers are discussing the retirement of the T-15 Skyhopper, which is a reference to A New Hope. When Obi-Wan Kenobi sneaks past a pair of Stormtroopers, who are discussing the introduction of a new T-16 ship.
