Fox Studios along Marvel Studios announced some time back that they were going to do another Wolverine movie and now they have found their villain. Boyd Holbrook (Narcos) has been cast as the unknown villain in the film.
What have heard about Holbrook’s character is that he is “a relentless, calculating and intense head of security for a global enterprise who is set against Wolverine.” So does this mean we are getting a completely new villain?
No news on what and when the story takes place. Rumors are that it could be connected to the Old Man Logan story, but that would mean The Red Skull would be involved and I don’t think that would be happening.
Wolverine 3 will bring back Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) for one final time, the film pairs Wolverine with Patrick Stewart (Charles Xavier). Wolverine 3 will be directed by James Mangold (The Wolverine) and is written by Michael Green and David James Kelly.
