MASK is headed back to comics and no I don’t mean the movie starring Eric Stoltz, Cher and Sam Elliott released in 1985.  I talking about  M.A.S.K (Mobile Armoured Strike Kommand), which was created by Kenner.

IDW will be releasing M.A.S.K to join their long-running G.I. Joe and Transformers titles.  M.A.S.K’s main premise revolved around the fight between an underground task force called M.A.S.K. (Mobile Armored Strike Kommand) against a criminal organization called V.E.N.O.M. (Vicious Evil Network of Mayhem). After its initial launch in 1985, the franchise spawned a variety of products, including four series of action figures, an animated television series, video games and comics.
