With all the hype surrounding Star Wars: The Force Awakens you can sometimes forget about the other franchises that are gearing up to hit the big screen. With filming underway of Star Trek Beyond we now know when the first trailer will hit the big screen.
According to The Hollywood Reporter The first trailer for 2016’s Star Trek Beyond will debut in front of December 18’s Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It is no surprise that Star Trek would be tied into Star Wars since J.J. Abrams directed the last two Star Trek films is directing The Force Awakens and J.J.’s Production Company Bad Robot is responsible for production on both Star Trek and Star Wars.
