During San Diego Comic Con International 2015 it was announced during the Saturday Night Hall H panel of Warner Bros. Presents a Night of DC Entertainment that Mr. Terrific would be joining the cast of Arrow.

We now know that Echo Kellum (Ben and Kate) has been cast as Mr. Terrific/Curtis Holt in Season 4 of Arrow on the CW. “Mr. Terrific is a super-hero legacy character, a man who’s supposed to be great at everything. Terry Sloane was the original version, a self-made millionaire, olympic-level athlete and martial artist who became a vigilante during the Golden Age to fight crime and act as a good role model. Michael Holt is his successor, also the third smartest man on the planet.”
It is still not know who will be playing Anarchy, but as the production for season 4 of Arrow began several weeks ago we should hear news soon.
Kellum will first appear in episode 2 of Season 4 for Arrow, which Wednesday, Oct. 7 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
