During San Diego Comic Con International 2015 it was announced during the Saturday Night Hall H panel of Warner Bros. Presents a Night of DC Entertainment that Anarchy would be joining the cast of Arrow.
We now know that Alexander Calvert (Bates Motel) has been cast as Anarchy/Lonnie Machin in Season 4 of Arrow on the CW.
Anarky AKA Lonnie Machin, is a teenage prodigy who, believing in anarchism, creates improvised gadgets and attempts to subvert government in order to improve society. Typically known as a Batman Villian Batman recognizes him as a force for good, but does not support his violent methods.
