In the new adaptation of Marvel’s Fantastic Four Dr. Doom has an updated origin. Victor Domashev is a computer technician and a computer scientist who is adopted to a certain capacity by Dr. Storm. Doom finds somewhat of a new father in Storm, after being born to a Latverian Romani gypsy mother, and a father who perished from exposure looking after him. Angry, vengeful, and bright, Doom tries to make people proud while working at Baxter.
It would seem that Fox is going the route of the updated Ultimate Fantastic Four route.
Directed by Josh Trank (Chronicles) Written by Simon Kingberg (X-Men:Days of Future Past) based on characters created Comic Book Legend Jack Kirby. During a teleportation experiment gone wrong four youg scientists are transformed and gain significantly different super human abilities.
