Now I am sure we have all ordered something from Amazon and have had good and bad experiences. Recently I Have attempted to order a new case for my new phone and each time they have sent me the wrong one. No it can be frustrating and annoying, but depending on who you get in their customer service it can be fun.
Recently a gentleman order a book off of Amazon and for some reason it did not arrive. What happens next is AWESOME.
Now I don’t know about you, but this is how customer service should be handled.
